Acceptable Use Policy

This AUP applies to all users of Echo Forge, including free, trial, and paid accounts, API clients, and automation. It supplements the Terms of Service.

You may not use the Services to:

• Violate law, including export controls, sanctions, privacy, IP, or computer-crime statutes;
• Develop or distribute malware, ransomware, exploit kits, or unauthorized access tools targeted at third parties without lawful authority;
• Conduct phishing, social-engineering scams, or credential harvesting;
• Generate or disseminate child sexual abuse material or non-consensual intimate imagery;
• Incite violence, terrorism, or violent extremism;
• Probe, scan, or load-test systems you do not own without written permission;
• Bypass rate limits, quotas, authentication, billing, or security controls;
• Interfere with other tenants' workloads or attempt cross-tenant access;
• Scrape or bulk-exfiltrate the Services beyond normal product use;
• Misrepresent affiliation with Echo or forge certification seals;
• Submit content you lack rights to process, or expose others' personal data without a lawful basis;
• Use outputs to manufacture illegal weapons or circumvent safety regulations without required licenses and compliance programs.

Good-faith security research against systems you own or with written authorization is welcome. Report vulnerabilities to [email protected]. Do not publicly disclose zero-days affecting other customers without coordinated disclosure.

You must not monopolize shared compute, spam job queues, or run cryptocurrency mining (except as an explicit product feature if ever offered). We may throttle or terminate abusive workloads.

Echo may investigate, suspend, terminate, preserve logs, and cooperate with law enforcement. We may remove content that violates this AUP. No refund is due for accounts terminated for AUP violations. Appeals: [email protected].

We may update this AUP by posting a new version on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
