Intellectual Property Ownership

• Customer Content — materials you or your users submit: prompts, natural-language specs, source files, datasets, designs, references, and configuration.
• Generated Artifacts — outputs the Services produce from Customer Content, including code, documentation drafts, CAD geometry, drawings, BOMs, toolpaths, G-code, test reports, and certification evidence packages.
• Platform IP— Echo's software, models, prompts/templates owned by Echo, UI, documentation, brands, and infrastructure.
• Tenant — an isolated customer account or organization workspace.

You (the customer) own the prompts, specifications, requirements documents, and other Customer Content you submit, subject to third-party rights in any materials you did not create.

Echo does not claim ownership of your prompts or specs. You grant Echo Prime Tech LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the Services for you (including backups and abuse detection), not to publish your confidential prompts as Echo products.

You own the software code and related project artifacts that Hephaestion (or other software forges) generates for your Tenant from your Customer Content, to the extent those artifacts are original outputs of the Services for you.

Ownership does not include: (a) Platform IP embedded in tooling; (b) open-source or third-party components subject to their licenses (you must comply with those licenses); (c) Echo sample templates clearly marked as Echo-owned samples. Where outputs incorporate open-source code, the applicable OSS license governs those portions.

Echo retains ownership of the generators, models, and evaluation systems; your ownership of generated code is a license-out of the output, not of the model weights or forge platform.

You own the CAD models, engineering drawings, manufacturing notes, toolpaths, and G-code that Daedalus (or related manufacturing tools) generates for your Tenant from your Customer Content, subject to the same third-party and Platform IP exclusions as generated code.

Physical parts you manufacture from those artifacts are yours. Echo does not take title to physical goods. Manufacturing fitness is limited as described in Manufacturing Limitations; ownership of files does not create a warranty of manufacturability or regulatory compliance.

No — by default, customer data does not train shared models. Customer Content and Generated Artifacts from your Tenant are not used to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve foundation models or product models that are made available to other customers or the public.

Limited exceptions:

• Opt-in programs — only if you explicitly enroll in a written data-contribution or model-improvement program;
• De-identified aggregates — operational metrics (latency, error rates, feature usage) that do not include your prompts, source, designs, or secrets;
• Abuse/security classifiers — short-term use of signals necessary to detect malware, AUP violations, or attacks, not to improve general generative quality for other tenants.

When we call third-party AI providers as subprocessors, we configure them (where the provider supports it) not to train on your API payloads. See Subprocessors.

Customer Content and Generated Artifacts are not visible across Tenants. Isolation controls are designed so that Tenant A cannot read Tenant B's prompts, code, CAD, G-code, billing details, or private evidence packages through normal product interfaces or APIs.

Echo personnel may access Tenant data only under least-privilege procedures for support (with authorization), security incident response, legal process, or system maintenance — not for unrelated product browsing. Public certification verification surfaces may expose redactedseals or hashes you choose to publish; they do not expose other customers' private workspaces.

Shared Platform IP (public docs, marketing, open APIs) is visible to all users and is not Customer Content.

After cancellation or termination of your subscription:

• Your ownership of Customer Content and Generated Artifacts you lawfully obtained during the subscription survives — cancellation does not transfer your IP to Echo.
• Access: interactive access to the Services ends when the subscription ends (subject to any contractual wind-down). Export before access ends.
• Storage on Echo systems: we retain Tenant data only for the periods in Data Retention & Deletion (backups, legal holds, fraud, and accounting records). After the retention window, Customer Content and private Generated Artifacts are deleted or irreversibly anonymized from active systems and aged out of backups on schedule.
• Echo does not continue to useyour cancelled Tenant's private content to serve other customers or to train shared models.

If you provide suggestions about the Services, Echo may use them without obligation to you, provided we do not treat your confidential Customer Content as free-for-all feedback.

Report alleged infringement to [email protected] with identification of the work, the material, your contact information, and a good-faith statement. We may remove or disable material consistent with applicable law.

• You own your prompts/specs.
• You own generated code and CAD/drawings/G-code produced for you.
• Echo owns the platform and models.
• Customer data does not train shared models by default.
• Artifacts are not shared across tenants.
• After cancellation you keep your IP; Echo deletes stored copies on a defined schedule.
