1. Billing cycles
Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period (e.g., monthly or annual) unless an enterprise order form states otherwise. Promo trials convert to paid plans at the end of the trial unless cancelled before conversion. Taxes may be added where required.
2. How to cancel
Cancel through your account billing settings when available, or by emailing [email protected] from the account owner address with the workspace name and plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless we confirm an earlier end date.
You remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation is effective. Disabling a payment method without cancelling does not terminate the contract; past-due accounts may be suspended.
3. Refunds
Default rule: Fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins, including partial periods, except where required by law or expressly stated below.
- Duplicate charges / billing errors: We will refund or credit verified duplicates and clear errors.
- Service outage credits: Extended platform-wide outages may qualify for service credits at our discretion; credits are not cash refunds unless required by law.
- Annual plans: Unless required by consumer law in your jurisdiction, annual plans are not prorated on mid-term cancellation.
- Promo / free trials: Cancel before conversion to avoid charges. Promo-only periods are not refundable as cash.
- AUP / fraud terminations: No refund.
Refund requests: [email protected] within 30 days of the charge, with invoice ID and reason. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within a commercially reasonable time (typically 5–10 business days after approval; banks may take longer).
4. Access after cancellation
After the paid period ends, paid features may be disabled. Export Customer Content before access ends. Data retention, deletion, and post-cancellation artifact handling are governed by Data Retention & Deletion and IP Ownership.
5. Enterprise agreements
If you have a signed order form or MSA with different cancellation or refund terms, that document controls for the covered products.
6. Changes
We may update this policy by posting a revised version. Changes apply to renewals and new purchases after the effective date.
